What counts as a call?: An approved, completed outbound agent connection. Incoming calls routed to your owner profile are always free and do not count against your limit.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?: We will proactively reach out. Limits are initial guardrails during early access. If your agent approaches a cap, we will help you scale smoothly before any active call routes are interrupted.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Plans are meant to be flexible during early access, and self-serve plan changes will be available before paid billing begins.
Is the app available right now?: Yes, via immediate web dashboard access. The companion macOS native app is staged and available for download directly from our App Center page.
How do I cancel?: Before paid billing begins, you can leave early access at any time. Once billing is live, cancellation controls will be available from account settings.
